Best oysters ever, and the prices are unbeatable. Staff is super helpful, and the tour (11am & 1pm for 5) is a MUST! Local clams and mussels also available for purchase. Eat in, take out, or shipped, it's all good! Quintessential Maine views too. Highly recommended!

I had previously had oysters from Glidden Point at a restaurant in New York, so I already knew how tasty they were. We stopped by to enjoy some on our drive through Maine. However, we didn’t realize that we would need to shuck them ourselves! At first we were a bit intimidated, but the woman working gave us a brief tutorial and after the first one we shucked, we were hooked. The oysters tasted even better, and the property itself is gorgeous and incredibly peaceful. Make sure to walk down to the dock afterwards for a very serene respite.

FANTASTIC! Absolutely need to stop by! Very good oysters and experience! There are 5 different local options! You have to open the oysters by yourself. They give you the glove and the knife.

My husband and I went right when the my opened on a Monday. It’s so delicious. We tried all the varieties of oysters, some iced tea and white wine, and their crackers & cheese. The tables overlook the water and the atmosphere is low key
