Just attending this lovely home to deliver Catheter Care, the home is so clean and the staff are very clued up on their resident care needs. All the catheter stock Is stored very tidyly. Very impressed ️️

I am writing to inform you of the high esteem in which my family and I hold all the staff who work tirelessly at your care home, Edgehill, Swindon. In that time, she received what can only be described as outstanding loving care from all your staff of carers, assistants and management team. She was consistently treated with respect and courtesy which made the quality of her life so good over the period she was there. It would be a shame not to mention individuals with whom I had regular contact, as it was such an important link between my mother and myself. Mandy, Louise, Bev and Lisa being at the 'face' of the action were particularly outstanding in my mother's care and needs including medical needs. Thanks to their liaison with the doctors of Priory Rd Health Centre she received the correct medication for her ailments and this directly enhanced the relationship between mother, myself and my family. The management ream of Denise and Lisa were so helpful and understanding of our needs, as well as my mother's. It served to enhance the extremely high standards at Edgehill. I cannot speak too highly of the esteem in which I hold the home and staff. On behalf of my mother, myself and my family, can I thank you all from the 'bottom of our hearts' and could you please ensure that the staff receive a copy of my letter.

My nan lived here and they lost her clothes in laundry often, shut her in her room and just made life stressful. Some of the staff were lovely to her and made it a right enviroment but the cons outweighed the pros here
