Mom has been at Brightview for almost 5 years. Throughout all of her time there she has maintained that \this is the best decision we ever made.\ With that as my baseline, I also agree. As Mom's needs have shifted and her personality has adjusted to those new needs, I have found the staff to carry on with a smile and great humor (helping me to cope). They care and they follow through with love and creative solutions to our needs. COVID-19 hasn't even slowed them down in their quest to care for everyone there. They are a blessing!

I cannot say enough positive things about Brightview South River. From the very beginning, before my mom had signed an agreement, the entire staff was kind, helpful, and generous. It is evident that truly everyone there has a calling to take care of your loved one. All throughout the COVID 10 pandemic the entire Brightview family did all they could to keep the residents healthy and happy. They recognized not only the physical health needs but also the emotion needs and have done an amazing job to keep the resident healthy AND happy. Thank you, God, for Brightview South River.

She wanted me to mention a few that stand out; Gail, Heather, Jena, Mai, Anna, Barbara, David and Debbie. These are just a few of the angels that watch over our loved ones.

I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. They go above and beyond to keep the residents safe and happy. Very rare for me not to find something to complain about .... but this place has done it. Keep up the good work and positive attitude.

Everything is wonderful here. The staff is so helpful in every aspect. Always willing to go the extra mile. They have saved my Mother twice by in the few months she has been there by being alert and attentive. They truly care about residents. Mom loves the food. When visiting, everyone is welcoming and the residents all seem happy. Property is well maintained and kept clean.
