I took 7 different pieces to Karl, with 7 different repair need or design requests. I was so very pleased when I picked my jewelry. The ring sizing (3 rings) was flawless and the pieces he enhanced through our collaborative designs were exactly what I wanted. Karl, Michelle and the lady who assisted me on Saturday were all very pleasant and customer oriented. The store has lovely ready-made jewelry as well. I love that fact that this is a local, small business and I highly recommend this jeweler for your jewelry needs.

Showed up out of nowhere on a Saturday afternoon with my two-tone wedding band that I needed to have resized to be a half size smaller. Given the design, resizing the ring was bound to be difficult. Shannon took the ring and told me they would do everything they could. She then offered to clean our other jewelry as a courtesy. Didn’t expect my ring to be finished for a week, if it could even be resized at all. Shannon called back within two hours, they had gotten it all finished! Top notch service! Recommend them every time!
