I had an amazing experience here! The employees are super friendly and very knowledgeable with everything that comes with jewelry. I was very comfortable and was able to get the perfect gift for my mom for her birthday! And I was able to get something for myself as well. I went into this Kay's this past weekend to get some valentine's day gifts. The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They asked what style I was looking for and my price range. They worked with me every step of the way. All while adhering to the state's current Covid guidelines. I left with beautiful pieces to give as gifts and will definitely be returning to this store in the future.
The clerk there, I believe her name is Caressa, helped me find a beautiful pair of pearl earrings and I have fell in love with them the moment she showed them to me. Everyone there is so professional and kind. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you need jewelry, go here and you’ll find exactly what you need.
I went to to get my ring cleaned, who would have thought I bought my mom’s present for my daughter’s wedding. The jewelry was Exquisite and perfect for my mother to wear for the wedding. A young lady named Caressa was so helpful to me. alAfter my description of my mother She knew what I exactly wanted my mother to look like .A Queen. She was also very helpful when it came to giving a present ideas for my husband. I always wanted pearls. The earring and pearl set we’re extremely lovely. Very classy. Caressa is one amazing salesperson And I will only be going to her when I go to your Edgewater store. Especially since my anniversary and my mothers birthday is in a couple of months.
On October 21, 2020, I went to our local Kay jewelry store in Edgewater to pick up a preorder necklace for my daughter which was made with Maria. Maria was off duty that day but, there were two other salespeople in the store. One was busy on the phone chatting with another coworker while the other approached me by asking if she could help me. I stated, "yes, I am here to pick up a necklace for my daughter “Zahara” which was ordered on Sept 17th. "Then she asked for my name which I gave her. She comes back stating, “I see no order here for none of the names and walked away to another customer who had walked in right after I did. Without giving me any other alternative, I waited there for an additional 10 min to see if the other salesperson would be able to assist after she was done with her phone conversation which never ended. I ended up walking out without any purchasing. It was awful salesmanship and unprofessional behavior, I wonder why is it that most people who work in jewelry stores tend to be stuck up and very unprofessional.
I came to this store on January 17th at 6:40 pm to drop of a pair of earrings that needed repair and the stores associates had already locked the door and were sitting inside. The hours were noted that they close at 7 so how do you just decide to lock the store 20 minutes before?

Bought a two piece bridal ring set On 09/20/19 in full at this location. Last night my fiancé noticed one of the diamonds fell out of the band. How the heck does that happen? It’s hasn’t even been a year. Very disappointed after spending almost 7 grand. If you’re going to spend money on a ring, I recommend Not getting it at kay jewelers if diamonds are just going to fall off. That worries me if this is their specialty. I feel like I’ve been scammed.
