Oil change
Brought my car in for tire rotation and air filter change prior to a long road trip. Drop off was quick and easy. I ended up needing an alignment to preserve my tires and after a run down of a couple suggestions, decided on a cabin filter change as well. The tasks were all completed in a timely manner, very affordable and all communication was on point and detailed. I was called upon completion and all paperwork was ready for me as I arrived. Will return again!

I have lived in the Annapolis area for a few years, I have been looking for a mechanic/ shop to bring my vehicles to when there are issues that I can't tackle at home. First impression of Nealey is as good as it can get with a shop, clean entrance, typical coffee, water, and snacks. Waiting room is small, from what I gathered the shop prefers cars being dropped of in the morning and they'll get to it throughout the day. They offer a shuttle service, not sure on distance offered. Kenny worked with me specifically we had an understanding of what I was looking for when I dropped the car off. Cool part of this shop is they send a link with all the little issues that they found during inspection, have you take a look call them back and they fix what you agree to have fixed.
These guys are the best. Every time, they are quick efficient and provide amazing service. My battery was dead, they came to my place jumped it drove my car back to the shop, replaced the battery and I had my car back that afternoon. But not just that, I had a full diagnostic with details, my car was clean inside and out, and they left chocolates!
Always great service and having the loaner car as an option has been a life saver. Every time I pick up my car is cleaner than I left it. They detail inside which usually would be 100 on its own but they do it complimentary. And I like how they always leave a surprise of candy and a card in there depending on what Holiday it is!!
The folks at Nealey Auto are very friendly and helpful. I have been extremely pleased with the prompt service and knowledgeable staff. I would HIGHLY recommend their shop and have to my friends.
