The State Farm agency managed by Roxana Rodriguez-Ward is well managed and with the knowledge to make anyone feel comfortable. I have mentioned to other people about how well she listens to you with your concerns, and needs. Then later I would receive a call from the same person thanking me for guiding them towards her. The positive language makes the process that much better. The office is bilingual as well which is a plus. Roxana and staff are definitely there for you.
