I've moved 7-8 times in the NY/NJ area and I have to say Windsor Mariners Management is hands down the best management I've ever encountered. I never write any reviews but I feel like they absolutely earn this one from me. Our townhome is well taken of and even then management takes care of all requests immediately and super promptly. They actually go above and BEYOND what's requested - weekdays or weekends. Christine and Fernando really do take of us and gives us 100% peace of mind.
I recently visited a friend who lives at this property. I was wowed so much by it, I wanted to see what was available. My friend called the office and put me in touch with a very nice woman named Yvonne. She stopped what she was doing and offered to give me a virtual tour. I was very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of the property. Due to the pandemic I am currently not in the market to move but will seriously consider Windsor at Mariners if the opportunity presents itself.
Very nice apartments, great views, beautiful promenade, tennis court, delightful pool, easy access to NYC via ferry....what's not to love? But what makes Windsor at Mariners even more special is its great staff. Christina and Marina at the front desk, Fernando and Tony lending a hand to fix anything and Yvonne and Priscilla are very helpful in the front office. The property manager, Christine, is both professional and a delight to work with. All in all, a great place to call home!
Wanted to send a very special thanks to Yvonne. She is DELIGHTFUL, CONSISTENT, COURTEOUS, KIND, COMPASSIONATE AND GENUINE! I was recently sick and not feeling well (with no family close). Yvonne constantly checked in on me on a daily basic. She made sure I had food and even left soup and tea at my door! This act of kindness, hospitality and sincerity can not be taught or sold. Its comes straight from the heart! Please be sure Yvonne is recognized and celebrated for her amazing customer service and authenticity she brings to this beautiful property!
