As soon as I walk into the ATT store in Edgewood, Maryland I was greeted by sales associate Myasia Butler who was as professional and courteous as the come. I just loved the way she knew what I wanted and was able to accomplish with speed. She was knowledgeable and helped me with a situation to save me money they I would have never known about. I believe Miss Butler is an asset to the ATT family

Went in today to upgrade my sons phone and was such a pleasant experience compared to most trips to the phone store! Being that I used to work as a phone sales rep for 4 years I know they make commissions but I didn’t feel pressured into anything I didn’t want or wasn’t beneficial to me, which is usually how I feel when I go. Chris was amazing and we were in and out of the store in no time with a new phone and EVERYTHING transferred from the old phone to the new phone! Definitely going back to this location for any future needs!!

I had an issue with my phone that would have taken somebody maybe an hour to fix but Mr. Shawn fixed it in less than 15 minutes I will always go back to AT&T and Edgewood Jordan and Tre’sure where very helpful and knowledgeable of their products and make me feel welcome and make me want to come back.
