My LG Stylo 5 blacked out on me and I was due for an and said she upgrade anyway so I went to this location last week. I purchased a LG K51 instead of an LG stylo 6 because this and a few other models were all they had due to a late shipment. The lady I bought the phone from seemed very pleasant, put my phone in the cover I, and setup my phone. (All of which I didn't ask her to do so I assumed it was a favor). I always keep my receipt but didn't really look at it till I had to take the phone black to the store since this phone too blacked out on me. Upon entering I am greeted by another lady than previous. When I asked for a return I was told if it had been more tham 5 days that they would not be refunding the phone and no returns or exchanges would be made. Of course it stated nothing of that on the receipt. The lady that previoisly helped me purchase the phone only got up to help with the situation after I stated the no return policy wasn't on the receipt. She quickly took my phone did a hard reset and the phone turned on. Her whole demeanor was rude, unprofessional, and she even exhaled in annoyance and said she needed to go home. She said the blackout was a thing most LGs have. While Im glad my phone is working I will not be going back there for any other service or sale as come to find out I was severely overcharged for the phone, not to mention a non- refundable setup fee of 25.00 that wasnt asked for and that I normally do with all my phones myself. Oh and the invisible no return policy. I wonder if corporate knows about this policy?

Paje was such a big help! I needed her assistance with an issue that took lots of time and patience. Thankfully she was very kind and patient with me and I couldn’t ask for better service. I will return to this location again.

My 10 year old daughter and i walked into the boost mobile in Edgewood. We met Ms. Paje at the register. She greeted us immediately upon walking in even though she had a customer. The attention was placed on all of us. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming. Ms. Paje was kind proffesional and very knowledgeable. We went into the store because of my daughter and her iphone. Ms. Paje did not look at my daughter as just a child, but as a valued customer who neede assistance just like us adults. I thought this was impressive how she took the time and helped us thoroughly. Much kudos and appreciation to Ms. Paje at boost mobile Edgewood. What a great experience. This all occurred on Sunday July 19, 2020. We were well satisfied.
