I've been a patient of Dr. Gutman for over 15 years. Dr. Gutman is a very talented and gifted dentist - and it's really bothers me that I have to give his firm a negative rating. On a recent visit we came to an agreement on the cost of a procedure. All was good until I received a bill for 174 and was charged for extra services. After 6 months,I received a letter today stating, "we have been unable to reach an understanding, regretfully it would be to both interests for me to seek another dental office." Again, Dr. Gutman is a great dentist - his business manager is another thing. I have had a lot of dental work done with him. And I hate to find another dentist. But, I have no choice. :-( Get everything in writing before agreeing to services.
