When I wake up in the morning all I can think about is getting me an ice coffee from Dunkin Donuts. I don’t usually go to this Dunkin but when I do. The coffee always taste like nasty plastic! The customer service is terrible! It’s just a really disappointing morning without coffee.

So go in to get a iced coffee. Wanted to wash my hands.. oh sorry no bathrooms for customers..in a time of increased sanitation, you'll gladly take my money which keeps you open and lets you pay the bills but god forbid i wash my hands in your restroom...p.s. you do know ive contacted you corporate office and the Philadelphia health department right?..
Swamped more often than not and slow to turn out orders. But it’s the closest one on way to work so it’s not enough to stop me from going back
Waited for ever for 2 bagels. Couple behind me got their huge order before me. Worst part I waited so long and my bagel had really no cream cheese on it. Please see my photo in the photo section.
I went last night around 7 or 730 pm. The staff was friendly & polite, food was ready quickly, seemed hot & fresh, tasted good. However, I gave 2 stars because I think they may need some education on proper food handling & safety & hygienic practices. Like I said the food looked, smelled & tasted great. Unfortunately though about 2.5 hrs after eating I had the worst nausea ever & it took everything for me to keep it down & not vomit. Then about 1.75 hours after that I had the worst diarrhea ever, just like water!! Sorry to be graphic, but it needs to be said. I'm sure it was this food because before this I had not eaten for about 8 hrs. Very disappointing. I definitely will not eat at this DD again.
Usually ok, some staff are pleasant, but sometimes the flavorings are heavy handed and usually this store is out of certain donuts.
