Had some carpet installed a couple weeks ago. After finishing the installation it was noticed that a good amount of the tack strips were poking through. They would stab at your feet when walking on them. Upon calling to have this fixed we where told they did not have time make it right and where told we can fix it ourselves with a hammer. This saddened us and we will not be coming back if they do not back their work.
