Take precaution with this hotel! Be aware not customer oriented I checked in on March 22, 2021 with front desk. Hotel room # 149 when I went inside not inviting very dirty also outdated look like haven’t been cleaned for weeks. I went back to front desk ask for another room she stated I’m a supervisor this gave me room # 159 this was worst finally room # 110 same condition. I request for the room to be cleaned by housekeeper. Supervisor declined to have room cleaned I stated with COVID 19 that’s wrong. She advised me no refund suggested for me to cancel with travelocity. No, Respect for human life it’s like housing wild animals at this place...... Be mindful they will treat you like a zoo animal.

The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because the gentleman who works at night has been very nice to my family during our stay but the owners are very rude. My son asked if the gym was open multiple times and the owners wife I believe at the front desk got very ignorant with him and said him asking is annoying. So my husband called the front desk and asked the lady to not disrespect my son like that and she replies “I don’t care” repetitive and then hangs up on him.So I filled a compliant With Wyndham and the owner calls and says “can you stop asking if the gym is open because it is annoying, so my husband then hangs up on him because the conversation is getting nowhere. So I call back and ask for the owner and get hung up on. Never in my life in the hospitality world have I heard someone speaking to there guest in this manner, especially since we are in a pandemic and we spend a lot of money at there hotel. As a business owner in this day and time I know how important it is to value the customers you do have, but apparently at this hotel it won’t hit them until Covid shuts everything down again, so sad!

Nice, clean , and comfy room and bed. The nighttime host was very helpful and friendly. There is truck parking, which leads to the only negative; drivers who do not stay at the hotel take up the truck parking. So it is more difficult and much less space than it should be. Hopefully, they remedy this situation.

Horrible service. Booked a room online. When i got there, i was unable to check-in. The manager said it was because the system was down. And they turned me away, I then had a very difficult time receiving a refund. This was a very big inconvenience. Would not recommend.

This room is horrible and dirty! Reserved a 2 day stay but I'm only staying overnight and I will check in somewhere else....
