After spectrum mailed me a router and modem even after I told them not to to a location I wasn’t living in they refused to come get the box I had to pick it up from a house I’m not living in and bring it to a spectrum location when I brought the box to the spectrum location the woman at the front desk was rude as soon as I walked in the door and said you can just drop it off at UPS, I said I’m not going anywhere near UPS so I’ll leave it here and she threw a fit and said I had to take it out of the box because they can’t except cardboard it was rude and nasty when she could’ve said it in a nice tone instead she chose to be rude right off the bat. I will never ever ever have an account with spectrum because of the lack of knowledge and care for their customers.

Very aggressive about mask. Andy only extended till the 6th of this month. When I made this comment to the woman she told me it was a law. False statement....not a law. Then after I said I would get it out of my car. They woman behind the counter proceeded to keep being rude when I was speaking with the other woman. I really forgot my mask but knowing that the mandatory mask thing was over I thought no problem I was told I could go somewhere else if I didn't like it. I never cussed or disrespected these women. So I will be going to Cincinnati Bell. Spectrum has lost my business. I will also put this interaction on social media so others can see what happened and spectrums standing on this subject. Sure people would appreciate knowing this
It’s really bad customer service from the company as a whole. I could go on and on but I’ll simply just say do yourself a favor go elsewhere. Like Alan Turner said I only gave it one star because I can’t give zero stars
0 stars from me if the option was available. Avoid Spectrum and this office like the Corona Virus. I canceled my internet service with Spectrum and signed up with Cincinnati Bell, cutting my monthly bill in half. I canceled with Spectrum after 2 days into their billing period and Spectrum charged me the full month of service, which was 64.99. So they charged me 64.99 for 2 days of service! Spectrum and the old ladies in this office said they don't prorate bills and so they could steal my money if they wanted to. Go with Cincinnati Bell. Their internet service is excellent and you will save hard earned money!

I went there and they did not open at all their hours are 9:00 to 12:00 and then 1:15 to 5:00 Monday through Friday I was there and waited until 20 after 9:00 and nobody opened the door great service there!!!
too much paid advertising, (made me wonder why cable cost so much). But when ya could watch the channel it was ok.
