Call up to make an appointment with a doctor and they only have a 2 week diary that is fully booked. What kind of shoddy operation is this. I have decided to leave this surgery and join a proper GP practice that you can actually get an appointment for.

Terrible GP practice - I have been a patient here for over 20 years! Since the merge I can’t even get an appointment - they say there is nothing available for the next 2 weeks but there is if you book online! So then you have to go in to the practice to show your ID to make an online account to then find out there is no appointments online for a further 2 weeks! When you call them they say call at 8am or 3pm if it’s an emergency but you can’t even get through so your back to square one. Then they tell you if it’s an emergency you should go to a walk in centre! So basically there is no need for the GP!
