delayed the process and claimed we had to pay for days we couldn't yet access the property. finally the agent named Razvan said they had amended this but tried rushing us in to signing a different thing on the contract. we are having months of headache with them for a flat where NOTHING was working (the agent promised it was all brand new and working) and gave us a tenancy agreement where most of the items we are responsible for are damadged or broken already. don't let them waste your time, I really don't understand how there are positive reviews. Here are some photos of how it was when I moved in. Dare tell me this is a different agent.
