2 days ago me and my wife completed a house purchase. From start to finish, it took 6 weeks, despite the pandemic. This goes to show where there is work ethic, anything is possible and Melvin Jacobs showed that. We worked with a gentlemen named Stuart. He was fantastic. He picked up the phone every time, answered all our queries and was very responsive when we asked some questions regarding the property. He was 100% on the ball, together with ourselves. 6 weeks start to finish wouldn't have been possible had it been another estate agent. I would highly recommend Melvin Jacobs. Keep up the excellent work, i'll certainly be recommending to friends and family.

However, Steven made everything so easy, nothing was too much trouble and he really went above and beyond. We just completed on our new home today after a 6m wait for probate! Steven handled the sale and was brilliant throughout. Although he got full asking price out of us and we had no chain and everything ready, we were not disappointed and he kept it all together for us until completion. Hes very professional and perhaps the nicest and most honest agent we have dealt with and always made time to get back to us promptly.
