Since I have come to stay in London this has been my family doctor and I recommend them for your family. The location is good and the family services are also good but you do sometimes have to wait a long time. English is not my main language but the staff in here have been patient and this is important for giving a caring service.

Dr Dawson, lovely, kind, professional caring G,P. Receptionists, Nathalie and Georgina also excellent, but there are some uncaring receptionists there that are unhelpful and ruthlessly dismissive. The 5 stars are for the people I have mentioned otherwise it would be an average 3.

Disgusting service - on hold for an hour and a half - finally get through and hangs up the phone - I then get attitude from the receptionist because I needed to reschedule my appointment (I tried rescheduling an hour and a half before but NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE)
