Took my Aunt here the other day. Very helpful staff. My family has never had a bad experience here. The Recent Flu clinic they had at the local school car park was also very efficient and safe. Excellent initiative serving the local community in the current climate. They risk their health in order to make ours better and should be appreciated!

Fairly easy to get an appointment when you need as phones are answered quickly. Receptionists are always polite and very helpful. Doctor's never rush and take time to listen. They also give face-to-face appointments if required which is much needed right now. Thank you so much for all your help.

I have been registered at this surgery for some time and definitely would not want to change. Dr Shah is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The nurses and reception staff are polite and helpful.

I have been with this surgery for over 20 years and I can not believe the service I have received in the past 3 days. On Tuesday I sent an urgent email regarding my medication and an item was missed off. I had to chase the item only to be told by the receptionist that I had to went two more days. I had asked for a manager to call me back and I'm still waiting. Then I used the e consultant booking appointment only to be sent a text message to contact the surgery to be told by the receptionist I cant have an appointment until the following week, by then my problem could be more serious. To top it off I'm called in for a routine female appointment to told by the nurse she doesn't know why i was booked in. However I can't be seen about my current problem but you can waste my time on an appointment which is 7 months early. I understand the current pandemic but now I have no choice but to contact the hospital.I thought the point of seeing the doctor was to reduce the increase of patients visiting the hospital. Clearly not. Very disappointed patients.

This surgery need to change something in the way they approach they patients because the new system they have is not working. I called today because my little daughter had an allergic reaction and was serous one , the operator cut me off and she said that I have to go online and fill up a form and then I maybe able to speak to doctor, in case like this every minute is important. So what I did I’ve called 111 and after I explain what is the symptoms they call the ambulance straight to way and stayed with me on the phone in till the paramedics arrived so five starts to them.
