Biggest shout out to Archer for looking after us all night, to Talal for treating me like the Queen of Shisha there is no way he would let my coals die out. Malik for his friendliness and to Dennis who confirmed that the Shisha Gardens offers outstanding customer service. It isn't often you go to a venue which is so picturesque, with affordable and delicious food topped up with 10/10 customer service. Unfortunately I didn't get a name but the man who nearly made me buy the whole desert list deserves a pat on the back. If i don't come back for the shisha I will come back for the fun and personable team, they are an absolute credit. I don't know where you have hired them all from because they are fantastic and rare to consistently find. Thank you. P.S very covid safe x

One of favourite place to chill out. Never goes wrong with Shisha and Food is also Tasty. I have been there many times and been look after like a family by the staff. Ravi was very friendly, polite and helpful and Paul was really sweet. Best staff ever

Place is beautiful. Feels like you are in a different country. Service is very good and food is decent. You just need to know that they require you to get 1 shisha per peron so just go mentally prepared HOWEVER the shisha is buy 1 get one half price so not that bad

Highly Rated, one of the best lounges I’ve been to. I’ve been coming for years, one of my regulars. The service they give is top notch, everything always come on time without delay. They have always looked after me every time i come. The music, the atmosphere has always been on point, the interior of the place is nothing like I have seen before. I highly recommend anyone reading this to give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing customer service, especially from Prince, Maria and Khalid. Lovely business with staff who are dedicated to increasing customer satisfaction. Beautiful scenery/decor too, plenty of photo opportunities for everyone and just for your viewing pleasure. You will not regret your visit to The Shisha Garden!
