this is pathetic. went to get my upgrade nearly FOUR MONTHS AGO and still have not recieved it. we are now appraoching feb 2021 this is unaccepable.

I fully expect a generic response from this company, but I am leaving this review to warn others. Despite sending several complaints in writing regarding a mis-sold hard sell contract with incorrect advice given, we have had no contact from this store whatsoever. We have had to complain to the Ombudsmen, and have been advised by Consumer Rights to launch a formal complaint with Barnet Trading Standards Office, which we will do due to the illegal nature of this sell.

Where is Gabriel the advisor that you had before,he was the only one who helped me and understood me the most?Rubbish customer service the store manager Christian can barely speak English plus they were not involved at all in helping me with my issue,this is the worst place to buy a contract,I was trying to make an contract and a girl with curly hair tried to lie me about the packages,she tried to force me and buy 3 sims as a contract,

Rude staff the assistant manager and when the store manager camed into the disscusion they started to speak another language which totally inappropriate and disrespectful,rubbish customer service advisors forcing you to buy what you don't need! This store is not helpful at all
