I loved it so much! My sister got her ears pierced and she had a very good experience. Jose was a lot of help! Helped me find exactly what I wanted and he was so nice and charming! Loved it and recommend, for sure my favorite Claire’s!
Staff was very attentive to costumers and needs, when I walked in they were ready to help me find whatever it was I needed. I was able to purchase some very cute headbands. Very great service!
I love this location, the staff Jose and Julieta were sooo nice and were so patient with me picking what earrings I wanted. Jose did a wonderful job doing my piercings and they look stunning . The store itself is always nice and clean when ever I go visit. I would absolutely recommend this location to others who want a friendly experience.️

1 rating is also too high for this store in southdale mall. We went to get our baby's ear piercing done. They call themselves experienced and professionals in ear piercing but they proved that they don't have much experience. The girl/lady did unequal piercing on my daughter's ears. She seemed more interested in making a sale rather than doing a good job of piercing. Prefer another store or go to professional stores but not this location. Pathetic!!!!!
