Terrible experience! My rental never came in for my best friends wedding... I was the officiant & a groomsman. Felt awful for the bride, made all the pictures turn out differently. I was never notified once by Men’s Warehouse, my wife & I had to just keep calling. It never showed up & they never called to let me know, not even to try and make something else work. I went in for a refund, & not even an apology!! How can you run a business like this? I would never recommend them and if you’re deciding to rent with them or elsewhere, 100% go somewhere else!
