After calling and going to several alteration shops before making contact with Professional Tailor, I was so relieved that it was Thanh who altered my dress. She listened to what I was looking to have done and she let her expertise and eye for design bring it to reality. It was my wedding dress and it turned out perfect. Great communication, service, flexibility, and timeliness. This is my first time using a tailoring service and if I ever need services again, Professional Tailor will be my first call! Hands down the best clothing alterations service! I've been using Professional Tailor since moving to MN 3 years ago and have been consistently impressed with how well my clothes fit following alterations. I've had blouses taken in on the sides for a more slim fit, pant waste and hem taken in and even had a pair of ski pants altered. Everything fits perfectly following alterations and the sewing is completely transparent! My husband has also used this tailor for alterations to his suits and again the work was top notch. I don't typically write reviews, but really felt that this tailoring service is deserving of the recognition for the great work they do.
I brought my 400 duffle coat that I bought from London to this dear lady. She is awesome and professional. I was nervous at first because I don’t trust just anyone to work on my coat. She knows her stuff. She took my coat in and now you can’t even see where or how she did it. This is how tailoring should be. IF the tailor has done a good job you shouldn’t be able to see their work. This young lady is a God sent! She does a damm great job and I would trust her with anything! Thank you Thanh! My elbow wore through my beloved denim shirt. I did not want to buy another shirt because this one was just right ... but my left elbow was exposed. She not only patched the left elbow, but also the right one so that they matched. I didn't expect that. Good surprise & the work was well done & blended beautifully with the denim of the shirt. It's wonderful to repair things that you love!

Very satisfied! Second alteration on this suit for a wedding. She had to take in A LOT for the weight I lost. Very form fitting. Found a way around the first alteration. Glad I used Professional tailor instead of buying a new suit!
