Service department was very friendly and helpful..my family Had to drop off plow truck and I had to stop back out for the plow that was in Front of the truck..they had moved the truck b4 I even got they so all I had to do was pull up to the plow and go..ty for the. Fast service you have provided

Bought a used car from them, they told me it was inspected and was in great shape. That same day the wheel tie rod rotted and the right wheel FELL OFF in the middle of the street, they refused to fix it since it was 'as is' and charged me over 800 to replace. It did the same thing 3 days later. Bad workmanship and used parts, charged as new. I went to my local mechanic, he put on a good used part for under 200. That was a year ago, the part is great. Champion did nothing but take my money and run, it seems they like to take advantage of those poor and financially challenged to line their fat pockets. Is Champion made from old Erie money, bathed in corruption and nepotism? Looks that way. My experience tells me if you want to trust your car dealer, go elsewhere....

I bought my new truck here. Will never buy another vehicle from them. I buy a new truck every 2 years so I have time to find a decent car dealership. I do not reccomend this dealership.

The ease and honestly with our sales person Jerry was incredible. We did some shopping prior, we were never offered the additional rebates which an experienced person would know and offer. No nonsense and simple. OUR Finance person again, experienced and knowledgeable. There's a reason that 10 years inbetween our purchases, same people! Need I say more?
