If it were possible to give "0" stars that is what they deserve. We called 3 weeks in advance of our stay to make sure the pool was open. Family was coming in from out of town for our daughters Birthday and we wanted to be sure the kids could swim. We were told the pool was open; however at check in we were told it was closed due to inspection. Unfortunately it was too late to change our plans. We booked 2 suites and one was ok, the other 234 had a long list of issues. There were blood stains and some other kind of stain on the underside of the comforter. The suite was to have a sofa and didn't. The one fire sprinkler was hanging from the opening. The ceiling entry light would arbitrarily come on by itself. Part of the panel on the jacuzzi tub was broke off. The water heater in the jacuzzi tub didn't work and the control buttons were missing. Throughout the night the jacuzzi would just come on by itself. These were all noticable issues and it is scarey to think of what undetectable issues were there. Once the manager was made aware of the concerns his only response was to offer a free night stay which is scarey considering our experience/complaint. He said he couldn't give a refund since we booked through an internet sight which was not true. The rooms were booked when we called the hotel to specifically ask about the pool. Additionally, the parking lot area was dirty with weeds growing all around. The front windows of the entrance were filthy as well.

One of the only places to stay in the area. The king room was very big and the bed was clean and comfortable. Toilet barely flushed. They put me up in the wrong room when I checked in. The outside was snowy and slippery, seems like they did not care to shovel and take care of the parking lot. The key to the room didn't work at first. Friendly people who made things right though, eventually. And I survived the icy parking lot. About 20/night overpriced for the value you get though.
Clean large space rooms. Easy access to I 79. Stores and gas stations close by to hotel. 20 minute drive to Lake Erie.
*DO NOT STAY HERE* We had reserved a 2 night stay, only to find that it our room was embarrassingly dirty.. and I mean moldy, tooth paste on the toilet & literally covered in someone else’s hair. After we spoke to the woman at the front desk, she put us in a new room which was better at first glance, but still had mold in the bathroom, a broken TV remote, ripped couches & furniture that was falling apart. The next morning, we woke up to find out that the entire hotel was without hot water. We took a walk to the front desk, where people were all over the place also complaining about the same issue & not one of them were wearing a mask. The person at the front desk clearly had no idea on what to do & told the guests that nobody is available to fix it. It was not fixed until around 3 PM. I wanted a full refund for the hotel we paid for & couldn't even shower in, and contacted the Choice Hotels help desk but not go response. After reaching out a second time, I was given points back for a hotel I will NEVER stay at again. Useless. They told me for any billing information, to contact the hotel that we stayed at directly. So, I contacted Comfort Suits, where I was put on hold, taken a message from, and never contacted again. I wasted 200 on a place I could not shower, had to breathe in mold, and just generally felt unsafe in. Do yourself a favor, don't even bother with this place. Get an airbnb, or even sleep in a tent because it would be way better then this hell hole.
Me, my boyfriend, and his friend got in a car accident on the highway and it was pretty bad. We walked down the thruway to get to the gas station and some nice lady said her sister was the owner or manager and they gave us a suite for free. Such a friendly experience and lovely people. I appreciate all they did for all 3 of us.
Room are warn and cozy and clean no bed bugs running around in what handicap accessories in the whole building
Very nice hotel. We had a good time with a very clean room and nice staff
Furniture was pretty beat up but the room was clean and staff were friendly. Probably would be a better rating if their spa pool was open because i was really hoping it was
