After living here for about a year and a half I have nothing but good things to say about the apartments. They're kept clean, and if an issue comes up the maintenance staff is usually on it right away. While it's a little pricey, the convenience is hard to beat. Both Alex and Jeff have been incredibly helpful and kind, always ensuring residents have what they need. Alex even went out of her way to help me out on one occasion and I couldn't be more grateful to her for it!

I enjoyed staying here so far this semester. Everyone has been super helpful with answering questions about moving and adding to the lease. The apartment itself isn’t bad. I didn’t realize just how small it was originally, but we’ve made it work. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are able to. It’s a good community and has really good and helpful people.

It’s been a great place for me and my 2 other roommates to live at. People from the office are always helpful and give us all the information we need. Apartments are confortable and have a great location!

My boyfriend and I moved into Darrow when our university made us move out of our dorms last semester. I have an ESA and she was approved for our apartment relatively quickly which I was happy about. We’ve been here for 6 months now. We only pay for electricity (40/month). Definitely a great option for a college student who’s funds may be limited from the start.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences living in my Darrow apartment so far. The apartment was spotless upon moving in and anytime I need something fixed or moved it is solved within a day!! Jeff and Alex have been so nice, along with everyone else who is working here. They even delivered my prize from the amazing decorating contest they all put together. I can’t wait for future activities. I am so happy here and definitely recommend!!
