Both ladies Felicidad and the front desk lady are very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional...they need to learn some good manners.... Fortunately they are not the only ones.

If I could rate it a ZERO I would. STAFF IS VERY RUDE and they don't give your money back. We took them the original receipt and the paper from the court that the case is close to get our money back and now they are full of excuses! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Wow and now you basically telling me I had nothing to do with it. Yes I do because that was my money I don't care about what the receipt says just because my dad showed face there doesn't mean I had nothing to do. I do work hard for my money for others to keep. Maybe if your staff had more knowledge and be straight forward with clients it would be a different story. We regret going with you guy, but since it was out first time oh well LESSON LEARNED!
