Zamir office will charge 200 office visit for registration and will send you to Renaissance clinic next door to do another registration for 405 which takes total of 10 minutes. After I asked for details, office stuff from billing disappeared for a few minutes and refused to give me details of charges and was rude. Renaissance clinic is a network that pays commision to all doctors that will refer you there. There are other choice in RGV that provide competitive services that you may use. Worst experience avoid this place.

He told me I was not sick. He had not even reviewed any of my information or my liver biopsy. He met me and said it was not likely I would have PBC, an autoimmune form of cirrhosis, because it tends to happen to older females. He got my hopes up for nothing. All those years of education and he has not tact or common sense. When I went to my follow up with hopes of not having my chronic condition, I met with a PA who advised that my liver biopsy had been reviewed by 2 experts and was definitely PBC. Apparently Dr. Zamir did not believe in his colleagues or just felt like carelessly toying with my emotions. That is completely unprofessional behavior especially from someone of his advanced age that should know better. Idiot.

You would think they could at least see new patients before 60days just to get results from study, staff have no ideal what’s going on in that office
