My father, Rafael Briceno, went to see this so called doctor and he wasn't treated very good by him. He walked in, didn't say a word to him, didn't introduce himself, didn't greet him. He ordered a procedure on my father and didn't explain what was going to happen next. Then, when my father's primary doctor, that referred my father to him, requested the procedure's results, he refused to send them to him. Imagine that? Your primary doctor refers you to a specialist and when your doctor requests the results from the specialist, he refuses to provide them to your doctor. He doesn't deserve a one star but didn't give him less because that's not ever an option. DON'T GO TO THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR!! GO ELSEWHERE WHERE YOU CAN BE TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT AND NOT LIKE A BEGGAR!!

Really disappointed with the service I had only seen the doctor once, i being seeing the assistant or I believe that is what she is, they had done so many test, i understand is necessary to get to the problem but after so many tests I have not gotten an answer and my symptoms are the same I had asked them to test me for some stuff I believe is the problem and they keep ignoring, I had to pay lots of money now for all the testing and is ok i understand they need it to get done so I believe. In every appointment I felt they were not explaining to me all this test that I was getting done I just heard them putting the orders for it and I will do them oh well I had decided to get a second opinion, I still have one test result pending that I suppose to get but because I did not do the other labs they couldn’t see me or the lady that called never call me back to confirm my appointment

They missed the point of the visit! I was expecting to get on some sort of prescribed medication for my affected area of discomfort right away and nothing! I would not recommend Elizabeth Salinas who is the PA. If you can see the main doctor Herrera I think you could be better off.
