The ladies in the office are very rude & loud when you call for information over the phone. I can’t believe because you’re not face to face that this is the way you treat patients. There’s a simpler way to help people & they are in a people industry. I hope this helps them realize that they can SMILE through the phone & if you don’t like your job find a new new.

Its an Amazing facility, the staff is always welcoming and willing to go above an beyond. Well kept, extremely clean and professionalism. I was alone for the majority of my stay but I would like to express my sincere gratitude to just a few of many people who made my stay the BEST!! I have ever had. To Ms Erica RN (post-op), Mr Don RN (post-op), Mr Daniel RN (post-op), Mr. Mario(pca) and Ms Liz (pca), you guys are legit wonderful and extraordinary ppl. The wait time was UNBELIEVABLE. Arrived at 7 a.m. and waited 4 hours before my wife was called into surgery room. There she waited another hour until the doctor was ready for the procedure. TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE HOW PEOPLE THINK THAT WE, AS PATIENTS & CONSUMERS, CAN BE ALLOWED TO WAIT FOR 5 HOURS. The log, \ Where patients come first!!\\\ most deservedly needs to be EDITED......... and RE-stated, Where the patient will WAIT, AND WAIT, AND WAIT.. TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE...

I went in for reconstructive knee surgery and I was pretty scared. The staff was very friendly. My surgeon is with me every step of my way. He stays in contact with my physical therapist checking on how I'm doing. These are an amazing group of people. I feel that they care. I feel like family.
