Great and friendly coaches.... Those words are just short on describing all the staff members from this place. Great environment making you feel welcome and ready to burn those calories. If you are new (like myself \u200d️) they have no problem going over the exercises done for the day, as to correct you on the spot and coach you if you are doing correctly ...but wait no only that always during my workout I hear coaches motivating the members and encourage you to do your best every session. They have the equipment you need to realize your daily routine. Defiantly by far better than a GYM (don't be a hater, it applies for me since I haven't work out on a long time and this is just perfect) And I have been witness how they are implementing actions to stop the spreading of COVID-19. Don't hesitate, if you are looking for a place to workout and done be judge or feel ditch, you must try this place
