I live in another state and needed an arrangement delivered in Edinburg. I called Divine Ideas not knowing anything about the flower shop. They were so helpful and their attention to detail is outstanding. They sent me photos of the finished arrangement which is beautiful! I highly recommend this florist for all your floral needs. I will definitely call them again.

First time buying from here and I couldn't be happier with the over all experience. The customer service provided was just the best. I was told how the arrangement was going to look, the colors, the style and I even received a picture after it was completed. Im very impressed and I will definitely be coming back
It's rare to have a business reach out to thier customer whenever something has run out of stock. In most cases, they substitute the item without informing the customer. Not Divine Ideas Flower Shop. She took the time to contact me and gave me options to replace the vase which ended up looking even better! I definitely will be returning here for my future flower needs

I ordered a memorial wreath for a family member and was at the funeral home when it arrived...missing the condolence card and WHO it was from. When I texted to inform them, they blamed the funeral home for losing the card. After going back and forth, their best customer solution was to take another tiny place card the next morning. Most of the mourners attended the evening service...where the wreath had NO MESSAGE. They refused to give even a 10% refund or credit on a future arrangement. The owner thought he had outdone himself by replacing the card HIS delivery person lost! I do NOT recommend this business...the phrase “Buyer BEWARE” or “caveat emptor” is quite appropriate. They seem to delight in taking advantage of someone who spent 240 on an arrangement with no message attached. This rating is based on their extremely poor customer service...obviously they do not care about the customer AFTER the sale!!!
I’ve ordered multiple arrangements over a few years, they’re CONSISTENTLY amazing. They’re designs are original and you get so much for your money. They always deliver on time as well. Love they’re work and customer service.
