This review does not have to do with the quality of physician that Dr. Cortinas might be, but I can say that his eagerness to help out the community to turn potential students into future health care providers is mediocre. Its very sad to hear that something as simple as allowing to shadow a health care provider under his management may be impossible. it would be nice for him to give back to the community that once gave him an opportunity.
