Monzer is a very caring doctor. He takes time with his patients and builds rapport. He has been my doctor intermittently for years. I move often therefore I find doctors in other areas and always end up back here even if I have to drive out. The reason I gave four stars is because scheduling is poor. I believe they schedule too many patients at once. If your appointment is at 2PM you won’t be seen until 4PM. In addition, the staff seems confused (Closer office). The Jackson office is more organized and Saja (I believe that’s her name, she is an angel. They take their time explaining and relating to procedures. Helps you feel taken care of.

Unfortunately I couldn't give their service 0 Stars, only 1. This has got to be one of the worst doctor's office I have ever consulted and dealt with. They'll take your copay immediately and leave you waiting for days until a physician decides when they feel like calling you to consult you via telephone. You can be waiting for a call and the doctor will leave early and no one bothers to inform you that they won't be calling you today or tomorrow or never. It's pointless that they have three offices if they don't attend to their patients the way they should do. Take your money elsewhere, go to Mexico and actually get treated and attended by doctors who care and know what they're doing.

Very unprofessional. The wait is ridiculous in the lobby and once you’re in the room as well. The only reason I was there was for Dr. Peña who was an amazing Dr. but left the office about a year ago which is not surprising.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Even after being a patient for 20 years I can check in at the front desk and then be completely forgotten about for hours until I have to get up and remind them/yell at them that I’m still waiting....NEVER NEVER NOT EVER do they answer the phone EVER !! DR YAZJI AND HIS PAS are so GREAT they really seem to care about you and care for every need and concern . I really think it’s time for me to move on and find someone who’s staff is a little more attentive.....0 stars....move on...RNU!
