We scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ayres. The office had very poor customer service. The address and phone number on the website is incorrect. We drove to the wrong address. The receptionist would not send me the correct address and we had to reschedule. I am not sure if we will go back. The office manager needs to update this practices information on the web.

Dr. Roberto Ayres is truly a blessing for our family. He has gone above and beyond to help treat our son. Both the staff and himself are truly caring, prompt and kind.

Worst place to take your child unless you are willing to wait long unncessary hours to be seen. This was our first and last visit. I would much rather travel out of the valley to see a specialist than come back here. That is not even the worst part, had to wait two months for an appointment. My child was very sick and needed to be seen but there was no appointments sooner. It is kind of pointless now. Drove over 50 miles to sit and wait for more than 2hrs. Horrible service. If you need a pulmonologist please go somewhere else. Don't waste your time here.

I am very happy with the services this doctor provided for my children. Finally a doctor who actually cares and ask the kids questions and not just the parents since ultimately they are the patients. He is very gentle and you can tell he was good with his own kids as he shows so much passion and and love. The staff was very friendly as well from the beginning the girls registering had big smiles and both helped each other out. The nurse doing the vitals on my kids was excellent in calming them down as they were scared. The other nurse then did a PFT test on them and was very detailed in explaining how they needed to blow into the machine this. Even though we did wait a VERY very long time to finally get seen, the staff and even the manager would went into the lobby a few times and thanked us for waiting and assured us that they would be with us as soon as they could. I know there were kids sicker than my children but being kept in the loop is what us parents want to know and for them to take time just to keep us updated shows how professional this place is. Building was old looking and could be more colorful to a kids liking but services were great. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone that has children with asthma or other lung issues. DHR has once again out shined itself!!

Worst receptionist ever so rude and unpresentable her name is Yolanda. Had to ask for a referral to another doctor because of her attitude even on the phone before I got here..very condescending and terrible at giving directions didn't even know the name of the doctor next door when I asked her if the office was next to leal had me driving in circles then when I get here has a bad attitude and makes faces at me for not understanding her because I can not hear. Worst experience EVER .HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST. Lost a client because of she doesn't have office etiquitte.
