Very long wait times, the secretary was letting orhers in, even when we had been waiting 2 hours to be seen. Her excuse was that they had fever. She is not trained to be a triage nurse and there she was checking temperatures in the lobby. When i asked the practicioner about it, her reasoning was that it was their protocol that secretary “helps” out when its busy.. i was very disappointed at this clinic, even the practicioner she did not introduce herself so i am not sure if she was a Nurse practicioner, an assistant (PA) or a doctor! Will Not be going again!

The wait was very long with an appointment I asked the Doctor for information of the HPV vaccination for my 10 year old daughter and he was rude and judgmental I was only asking for information I thought that's what Doctors are for to help us.
