Ridiculous. Back in November I called to schedule an appointment and they came out saying there was no appointments available until “APRIL “ , are you guys serious.? And their excuse is that they’re minimizing appointments due to covid \u200d️ So you mean to say people have to wait literally half a year just for a dam appointment?? Some of us have emergency needs . Insane

Previously posted a rather negative review and would like to not only apologize but also thank the doctors at Edinburg Vision Center for their hard work and dedication. Above and beyond customer service and consideration for others. Thanks to Dr. Navarro, my mother was able to get the medical attention she needed even after office hours. He was very attentive and caring to all of her concerns and I couldn't be more grateful for his staff and himself. Thank you again.

Extremely happy with our visit today. The whole process was wonderful. Easy, friendly check-in. They are great on COV19 screening checking temperatures, questionnaire, & even pulse ox. Minimal waiting for the Doctor. Pre-doctor check was good. The techs were great. They explained everything before they started. Dr Navarro and Dr Saporito were fabulous. Dr Saporito took the time to explain all the results and options and spent extra time explaining why I had dry eyes, the options available, the pros and cons. Dr Navarro examined my son Diego’s vision. Thankfully my son did not need glasses at this time. Dr Navarro personally came to explain to me how well Diego’s exam was and if I had any questions. My daughter Isabella and I did need glasses. Tech JP was so patient and kind in showing us the many options of frames available. He was so nice, we liked him immediately. I have only wonderful things to say about our first time visit at Edinburg Vision Center. It was above our expectations, highly recommend!

I've been going to this place for about 5 years now, and always expecting different results, there never is, but the last time I went was the worst. Every time I go, and it's always by a scheduled appointment, there's always a 2 to 3 hour wait before the optometrist will actually see you. Once the whole process is complete, selecting your glasses, etc., you're there for about 4 hours. The straw that broke this camels back was when my 6yo was fidgety over all the equipment that was close to her, and the optometrist yelled at her to stop moving. I personally don't need to yell at my kids, or any other human for that matter, because just a simple explanation of things to any human will allow them not to be scared of something they rarely see, but that didn't happen here. So never again.

Ok so I came here because of the good google reviews this place already had & thought it couldn't be any worse than places I've been to before but it actually went over my expectations. The wait wasn't bad at all for being a walk-in & the girl at the front was super nice. Aaron was amongst the nicest & was very helpful. He made me feel comfortable & I really liked that it seems he truly enjoys his job. The mere kindness in this office simply got me in a better mood. I will be coming back here. I finally found a good eye doctor.
