Dr. Hammami and his staff are the friendliest and most professional staff I have ever encountered. Susan his office Manager was very attentive over the phone. They were able to see my daughter for an MRI the same day I called on a Saturday! Both Susan and Dr. Hammami called me to follow up and give me details of the results within an hour. They gave me a CD of the MRI and sent the report to our family doctor right away. Susan even called my insurance to get deductible info and give me payment options. I would HIGHLY recommend this doctor and staff for any imaging needs.

Worst customer service been here for almost an hour and still haven’t been asked to make a payment. Not greeted with a smile or a friendly nod. Their cellphones got more attention than the patients..... Patients are not here by choice but to seek medical clarity. Zero compassion there was a power outage for 5 minutes and not a single person from the office staff came out to assure the patients that correctives measures were in the process.

I know Dr. Hammami's work, am also a physician, do not receive any payment or gifts from him, however, when I need medical imaging for myself, I go to him, superb quality, timely service, quick turnaround of the results. highly recommended
