Ate here with my husband two days ago. Interesting menu options, most of which we really didn't understand (Spanish). We each chose a fish taco and a shrimp taco and also a bottle of water each. The first surprise was the total price - 17. The second was the size of the tacos - fairly small. I will say they were freshly prepared, well seasoned and delicious. Overall, we had great food, certainly not too full, and pricey, considering the price of food establishments here in the Valley. We won't eat here again but I can't wait to make my own rendition of their shrimp tacos here at home.

My first time here at Green Ceviche and I enjoyed my experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn’t wait long for my order (Baja Fish Tacos). And food was very flavorful. I’m curious to try other items on the menu so I will be back for more!

Great food for a quick one stop shop very subway in the way that you can make it to your liking and doing that with seafood is just a win all over :)

Why don’t they have more of these, flavor is a 10. As good as the ceviche at the ritz Carleton in Miami I swear to you people

The Shrimp Ceviche Tropical was really good. You can notice the work it goes into all the fresh ingredients. I will definitely come back. Its a great option if your looking for something healthy and fresh.

Really good ceviche, you can customize it however you want, I recommend adding some fruits and aguachile sauce. Service could be slow if it gets crowded.

Casual and expensive. I had the large house poke bowl. Fish is superior quality. Vegetables are fresh. The white rice was horrible. Just brought everything else down because of how dry and tasteless it was. I bit into 4 hardened dry clusters of rice while eating my bowl. The only time I have seen that happen is when I leave rice in the fridge for days. Doesn't taste good. I could not taste the house sauce they put on top, so I added soy sauce and salmon furikake from my kitchen. It was better. For big eaters my large bowl was just the right amount. At 14 dollars though, I was disappointed they didn't have good rice. Next time I will try the salad and a different sauce.

Very good business for the owners of this restaurant, for the first time I have eaten a ceviche with an excess of tomato and red onion and little seafood, I recommend when you place your order, ask for little tomato and onion, unless it is to your taste, but for me it was a very bad ceviche dish, unpleasant. I add photo.
