Why is it so difficult to get a hold of someone at Jimenez Pediatric? I call and get a \I'm sorry the person you are trying to reach doesn't have a voicemail set up\ This is not very professional.

I absolutely love going to this clinic, the doctor is very helpful with any concerns I have with my children. Also with that being said the ladies are welcoming & very friendly. They always have fast service even at their busiest hours. Worth the wait

Why doesn't the phone number work. I need shot records and I'm in san Antonio. Their forcing me to go 3 1/2 hours to them. Very upset
