One of the local Pharmacy that's closing its business transferred my prescription to Lindberg Pharmacy. First, I was told the price was 48.50 then 10 minutes later I received a call from this Pharmacy that I was given the wrong price that it is 59.50 because of the strength of the compounded drugs. I went to pick it up instead of 45gms I was given 30 so I questioned the discrepancy and the price I am paying. It's a complete ripped off the customer 59% over priced. This will be the first and last I will use this Pharmacy.
I am delighted to say that their customer service is a thumbs up! Because of our insurance I had to go to another pharmacy than my regular one, it was always a hassle. A friend recommended Lindburg Pharmacy so I tried it. It was 15 minutes till closing, they took the prescription over the phone(from the Dr.office) and my card info...the employee waited outside for me with my much needed prescription. Who does that???? Forever a customer!!!!!
Totally unacceptable. NOT EVEN ONE STAR WORTHY!! I will never go to this pharmacy again, nor will i recommend to anyone. If a customer tells you not to fill a medication because of weekend hours, Pharmacy should respect that and not fill the prescription then close and leave the patient (a child) with no medication over the weekend. Not even a courtesy call to let customer know that it is ready before closing. Couldn't fill RX at another pharmacy due to it showing filled at this pharmacy. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE.
