At 6:07 pm I called in an order of 2 Extramostbestest pepperoni pizzas last night. I was told they'd be ready in 15 minutes. I figured I'd give them a little time, since restaurants have been packed, and got there around 6:35 pm more or less. I had to wait in line, then when I was already next, a very ride and unprofessional female employee tells me she had to give everyone else their order before even attending me. I tried explaining that I called my order in a little after six, but she didn't even bother to ask my name. After waiting for almost 30 minutes I asked for a manager. The manager comes up just to tell me that it isn't a regular day and that they have to fill a 130 pizza order before they can get to mine. Not only was I told my order would be ready in 15 minutes, but the 130 pizza order was conveniently left out!!! I waited there for 45 minutes until I was finally attended to. Not only that, but they charged me full price and offered no apology or any type of discount for my order. I was sarcastically told to have a nice day. It took them over 1 hour to prepare 2 pizzas! Not to mention, I had another set of food in my vehicle and needless to say... It was all cold by the time I got home. Extremely bad and unprofessional service!!! Never again. Not this location, at least.

Such a bad order pizza was almost fused with the box and the pizza was burnt never going back to the location on closer

I really like this Little Caesars store. My order is perfect about 99% of the time. The pizza from this place is never oily/greasy like at other places. Great tasting food. Thank you guys very much for all the hard work and keep it up. Y’all are awesome!!

Horrible service from the so called female manager that's there very rude. I did an online order on February 11th for 2 classic pepperoni pizza's and when i got home i had 2 cheese pizza's instead of pepperoni. Ok my bad for not checking. So i called to let them know i didn't get a name but i told them about not getting the right order and he said you have credit for 2 pepperoni pizzas on your next visit. I called today to get my credit since i have no power due to the outage and she tells me that i picked up credit yesterday. I said ma'am i did not pick up my credit yesterday she said yes you did. I asked did you ask for ID to confirm it was me and she hung up on me. Never again will i go there.
