If you value your time and expect to be seen at your scheduled appointment time please do not go here they take forever even with appointments 2 to 3 hour wait must be double booking appointments because apparently there is still 3 appointments ahead of us and we got here on time for ours

Extremely happy with this clinic. I've been several times with quick and friendly service. I had one instance in which there was a mistake made in communication. I have to say that they handled this VERY professionally and made things right. You dont find this type of old school customer service anymore. That alone says it all. They'll be my go to as long as I am alive.

If you have an insurance provider that allows you to go to other locations, I HIGHLY recommend you go to those other clinics, instead of Monte Cristo Family clinic. Even if you have an appointment at this location, you will be waiting for over 5 hours. Yes, 5 hours. And that’s if you are lucky. People get sick just by waiting in the waiting room with how long you have to wait. I would not recommend visiting this clinic at all. Save your time.. and your money.

Do not go to this clinic. Arrived at 0800 and waited over 2 1/2 hrs in the parking lot. While other people who came after me were being taken in. Hate to say but my being white and English speaking looks like it played a big roll in me being passed over time again for other clients.
