I purchased my home through the services of Rene Galvan at RGV realty. Ive been in my home now for more than 8 years and i dont have enough words of praise for this man!! He is by FAR the most professional agent ive met. Puntual, honest, transparent, and puts the clients interest ahead of his at all times. We looked at several homes with Rene and i was quick to see why this man was so highly recommended to us. We liked a home that was significantly more expensive than the one we purchased, but Rene pointed out sone issues that id be having with it in the long run, and recommended another house we had seen that was appraised for much less. This meant he would actually make less in commision, but his client would make a better purchase. Till now i havent had any problems with our home and it turned out to be a better purchase like he unmistakenly had adviced. I deal with alot of builders and have heard of alot of realtors, but i can honestly say Rene Galvan is in a class of his own. A truly elite relator!! Highly recommended!!
