I was surprised to find out there are other Sunoco or Stripes stores keeping your pennies instead of giving it to you in change. That's right. Say it cost you 81 cents you only get 15 cents back instead of 19 cents. If you were doing this and you work at a bank it would be called skimming.. is this legal?
Stop daily except Sunday to get breakfast for mom n me. Also fill up with gas when necessary. Staff is amazing.
