Loved staying here for my rotations at DHR.. the property manager was a very reasonable individual to work with, safe neighborhood, perfect place for my rotation. The place was equipped with everything needed for my short term stay. The staff made sure to take care of any maintenance issue that came up and worked around my crazy schedule!

Loved my experience with Simon and his staff, was in Edinburg for my 3 month rotation with DHR, after speaking with multiple apartment owners and management that was not willing to work with me on a budget and short term lease. Even at the height of the pandemic, Simon was God sent!! He promptly responded,communicated, we loved our stay down here. We had 2 minor plumbing issues and maintenance was dispatched within 24hrs. Will definitely recommend this company anytime!! We stayed in a 2bed 2bath and it was a delight felt safe, secure and was definitely my home away from home, even texted and called to check on us to see how our stay was going. Thanks again Simon...
Stayed in one of Simon's property during my rotation at DHR. Great price and really close to the hospital. AC worked great and the lard Lord was responsive and very straight forward. Everything we needed was provided from bed linens to pots and pans.
Came down for a 6month rotation with the DHR. Managament was very professional and the apartment was very affordable for 2 broke medical students. Any time we had issues they were on top of it. The staff was courteous and was always willing to work around our schedules. Definitely reccomend this place to any students looking for a fully furnished move in affordable place to stay to finish rotations.
