Unlike the Mcallen location Edinburg one really lacks customer service which is a shame due this is closer to home but I rather drive than dealing with this location

The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. The overall office feel was comfortable. I didn't have to wait long for my exam and they were on time with my appointment. It took longer then what they said for my glasses, but I don't believe that's their fault. I used my insurance, but it seemed like reasonable pricing.
Service was good, reasonable prices, and staff was great!! Specially Elizabeth Pham OD who took the time to be kind enough to explain my husband why is ok to have more than one wife.. Nice.. Even mentioned the old testament, same testament where I know is mentioned the old law.. And eye for an eye. Thanks, we had a blasts trying to understand the purpose of that conversation.. We will be back..for chapter two.
I recommend this location over McAllens location 100 times over, people are polite and quick. I will be returning with my family. Thanks for your GREAT service.
Fixed my old eye glasses for free. Great and experienced customer service! Cheaper than Edinburg Vision Center! Loved it here!
