The copy and printer center staff is the best. Very professional, orders on time and well done!
Went to purchase business cards the associate was extremely helful. I appreciate how patient the associate was in explaining and taking the time to help me design the perfect business card that I was looking for. Thank You so much.
Quiet (late on a Saturday). Clean. A few employees doing nothing. Wanted to argue over a 2.00 clearance price discrep (bad signage)....2.00. Cashier did the right thing and rung up in our favor. Floor guy spent too much time explaining why he wouldn't adjust price. Again....2.00.
Good food
Staples is a convenient stop for supplies that you need immediately; however, many of their items are a bit overpriced. That being said, they do offer some good sales. The store is good for what it needs to be and the staff, in my experience, are helpful.
The girl at copy and print doesn't want to crop my pictures. I told her that i need it the letter five inches tall and 10 inches long. I guess she's not happy when one of the male workers isn't sitting next to her to flirt with her. I guess ill start going to another place where they can crop without saying that their not allowed to crop pictures.
Inconsistent service—true, some employees, management in particular, are friendly, helpful, competent; but there are others who can't be bothered or simply don't have a clue. The Copy & Print Center is the worst offender... the ladies running it are amiable enough but seem allergic to work and have little to no knowledge of the equipment and its capabilities—they're simply pointing and clicking. A customer helped before me had a print order and the young lady assisting him simply printed one sheet, then instructed the customer to make copies at the self-service copier! I prefer to assume she's unaware that the quality is bound to be inferior because if not: willful negligence!
